迷你香肠包 Mini Sausage

A very warm sunny Monday. *sweat*


Mommy packed a simple blueberry & peanut butter sandwich for Ryden. 
The snack bento box was decorated with mini sausage buns.
Unlike other sausage buns, these buns are made of cocktail sausages.

Mommy got this idea from a Japanese bento designer ~ Sundae.  ^^

Mommy cooked the cocktail sausages in boiled water.
Cut a narrow line in the middle of the sausages,
added in small slice of cheese and lettuce. 
You can also added some ketchup on them.

Arrange the mini sausage on the sandwich, 
completed with steamed dumpling (Siew Mai 烧卖) and seedless grapes.
A quick & simple bento, hope you like our sunny bento today. ^^
