Randall又要考试了,他一听到妈咪要帮他温习功课,眉头好像快要连在一起。 o\/o
结果在吃完午餐的回程中睡着了。zzZZzzz。。。

上个星期日做了
千层芝士蛋糕 感觉还不错,因为想让Randall休息,所以乘着空挡,今天再来一个黑人白心千层芝士蛋糕。
用了上个星期的食谱,但加了几层的Oreo碎,黑白交接。。。

Ingredient 材料:
for the cream cheese filling 奶油芝士陷:
1) Cream Cheese 奶油芝士- 250gm
2) Sweetened condensed milk 炼奶 - 6 tsp
3) 1 pack of Oreo biscuit, take out the filing
一包Oreo饼干,把馅料挖出备用
for the crackers 饼干:
1) Khong Guan salt cheese crackers 饼干 - 2 packs
2) full cream milk (for soaking) - 200ml
大约200ml牛奶 (用来浸泡饼干)
3) 1 pack of Oreo biscuit, crushed
一包Oreo饼干, 压碎
Method:
1) Beat the cream cheese, Oreo filing with condensed milk till it is a little fluffy. Leave the cream cheese mixture aside.
2) Soak the crackers in a bowl of milk for about 10 seconds, then arranged them in a container or tray.
3) Put a layer of cream cheese on top of the crackers & add a thin layer of crushed Oreo biscuit.
4) Spread some cream cheese mixture at the bottom of the crackers before arranging another layer.
5) Repeat until all the cream cheese mixture & soaked cracker are used up.
6) Chilled in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serve.

做法:
1) 将奶油芝士, Oreo馅料和炼奶用搅拌器打至光滑,待用.
2) 将饼干分批泡在鲜奶里大概10秒钟,然后把它们排入预备的空盒或烤盘里.
3) 然后在饼干上加入一层奶油芝士陷, 过后再撒上一层的Oreo饼碎.
4) 在叠上第二层饼干前先在饼干底部涂点奶油芝士陷,防止脱落.
5) 重复步骤2-4直到用完所有的材料.
5) 放入冰箱冷藏至少4个小时.
Remarks备注:
1) 6 table spoons of condensed milk is not too sweet, you can adjust according to your need.
6大匙的炼奶并不会太甜,如有需要,你可以增加分量.
