蓝莓千层芝士蛋糕 Blueberry Layered Cheese Cake

A very very bright sunny day! 
and mommy is on leave today! ^^V

It has been a while mommy didn't bake 
and since last week mommy has promised her cousin to bake something together.
Ok, just do something simple yet yummy to be eaten, the none-bake layered cheese cake.
And today, we are going to try out another new recipe. 

Here is the recipe for you to try out.

Blueberry Layered Cheese Cake

Ingredient 材料: 
for the cream cheese filling 奶油芝士陷:
1) Cream Cheese 奶油芝士- 250gm
2) Sweetened condensed milk 炼奶 - 6 tsp
3) Blueberry filing / jam 蓝莓馅料 - 2-3 tbsp
4)Vanilla essence 云尼拉 - 1 tsp
5) Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 - 1 tbsp
for the crackers 饼干:
1) Khong Guan salt cheese crackers 饼干 - 2 packs
2) Full cream milk (for soaking) 牛奶 (用来浸泡饼干)- 200ml
3) Some blueberry filing (for deco) 适量蓝莓馅料 (装饰用)

1) Beat the cream cheese, blueberry filing/jam with condensed milk till it is a little fluffy. Mix in vanilla essence & lemon juice. Leave the cream cheese mixture aside.
2) Soak the crackers in a bowl of milk for about 10 seconds, then arranged them in a container or tray. 
3) Put a layer of cream cheese on top and another layer of soaked crackers. Slightly press on the crackers
4) Repeat 2) & 3) until all the cream cheese mixture & soaked crackers are used up.
5) Chilled in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serve.
6) Put up some deco & serve.

1) 将奶油芝士, 蓝莓馅料和炼奶用搅拌器打至光滑,待用。
2) 将饼干分批泡在鲜奶里大概10秒钟,然后把它们排入预备的空盒或烤盘里。
3) 然后在饼干上加入一层奶油芝士陷,轻轻按一按以防止脱落。
4) 重复步骤2和3直到用完所有的材料。
5) 放入冰箱冷藏至少4个小时。
6) 在食用前可以加点小装饰。
