火龙果芝士菜燕 |
今年原本计划好要做个蛋糕给外婆, 但却在很偶然的情况下在一个朋友的面子书里发现了火龙果芝士菜燕。 被那红白分明的菜燕给深深吸引,毫不考虑的向她要了食谱。 家里刚好有火龙果和cream cheese, 竟然都万事具备了,那妈咪也就把东风给找来了。^^
第一次用cream cheese 做菜燕果然比想象中困难许多, 原本信心满满的因cream cheese部分无法完美完成而大受打击。还好在冷冻过后视觉就不算太差。
至于口感方面,孩子们和Papa都赞不绝口,但妈咪和外婆都有同感~感觉怪怪的 :p
下次如有机会再做,也许可以用牛奶或椰浆代替芝士。

Dragonfruit Cream Cheese Agar Agar

Dragon Fruit Layer Agar agar
(A)
3tsp agar agar powder
1 2/2 tsp Konnyaku powder
80g Sugar
600ml water
(b)
100g dragon fruit ( blend)
Cheese agar agar layer
(c)
125g Cream Cheese
100ml Fresh Milk
Methods:
1. Put ingredient (a) to boil.
2. Off the fire, add in (b) and stir well. Set aside to let the heat cool down.
3. Pour the mixture into your desired mould and set aside.
4. Double boil ingredient (c), set aside to cool down.
5. Pour (4) into the mould (this will be the 2nd layer) and set aside before you freeze for at least 4 hours.
