雪人 Snowmen

是个飘着细雨的早晨。。。

好快，圣诞节就要来临了， 

孩子们在托儿所有圣诞节爬地。

因为是庆祝圣诞节，所以特地为孩子们准备了雪人串串香

让他们带去taska跟同学一起庆祝。^^

准备孩子们爬地的食物常常是一项很伤脑筋的问题：

1）必须是可爱的

 2）必须是多数小孩都喜欢的食物 

3）必须是妈咪短时间内可以做出来的。

结果妈咪还是选择万无一失的鱼丸+香肠，做成雪人串串香。

材料（准备20份）：

大小鱼丸各20粒，香肠4条，红萝卜1条，特长蟹条5条，紫菜少许，牙签20支。

做法：
1）首先将大小鱼丸，香肠烫过烧水捞起备用。大鱼丸切掉一小片（这样雪人才会坐），香肠切成6段备用。
2）蟹条稍微烫过，将红色部分取出直切。一条蟹条大概可以切成4~5小条。红色两旁可以切一点白色部分，效果也会很不错。
3）红萝卜切成小片大概3cm厚，圆形状。选购红萝卜时必须注意红萝卜的直径必须大于香肠，但也不要太宽。如果太大的话可以用切割器切小。
4）多余的红萝卜切成小条状当雪人的鼻子。
5）紫菜剪出眼睛和嘴巴。
6) 将大小鱼丸各一粒，一小段香肠和一小片红萝卜做帽子, 用一只小牙签串在一起,最后加上蟹条围巾,紫菜的眼睛和嘴巴，红萝卜的鼻子, 大功告成. ^^
注：可以把大鱼丸片（为了让雪人坐，切出来的那片）切碎，当成地上的雪花。

Russell说它们很可爱，Randall却说看到雪人就觉得很冷， 

还要求妈咪做飘雪， 如果妈咪会魔术也许愿望就可以实现了! :p

刚刚整理照片时才想到可以用软件设计加入飘雪， 效果果然还算不错。

Be oneself...

Few days ago when mommy pick up Randall from tuition:

Mommy: Do you know who is Nicole?

Randall: ya, she is my school mate but we are in different classes.

Mommy: Did she attend the mandarin class like you? she is mommy friend's daughter.

Randall: No, she only goes to taska, only Nur Aida attends mandarin class with me.

Mommy: Oh..  Nur Aida is such a hardworking girl, unlike Randall only thought of playing hor... 

Randall: Oh... If you think she is good, then you can ask her to be your kid, don't want your Randall liao lor, do you think you want or not? 

Mommy really speechless =.="'

This morning, mommy suddenly remember this & wanted to tease him:
Mommy: Nur Aida is a very good girl, right?
Randall: Ya, you can be her mommy and let me be Obayi's son, make sure you don't cry huh...
Mommy controlled herself not to laugh out, trying to be steady. Since no respond from mommy, Randall continue...
Randall: I am going now, you don't stop me ok? I am leaving oh... really oh... Okok, bye bye...
Then he went down to play his toys to stop this topic. ^^

He has really grown up. He reminded mommy of daddy. Daddy used to say the same thing to mommy when  they were pak tor after daddy rejected mommy to go shopping. Daddy urged mommy not to compare him with others, love his strengths and love his weaknesses just like he never asked mommy to change herself because of him, just be ourselves! How great, because of this, mommy decided to marry him. (But a bit of regret now, should insist him to change, at least to go shopping with mommy :p )
